职位描述
专业要求：市场营销专业。
岗位职责（概述)：
1、为运营销售团队提供工具,及时的分析,服务和支持，推动运营水平的提升和毛利需求的下降,支持销售目标的达成；
2、根据业务需要修改和更新公司运营标准和流程以及公司运营手册（(持续推动运营流程和标准的优化,成立标准化中心,这部分工暂时由培训专员负责)；
3、主导创新性运营优化项目的开展,如PMTDR, welcome to shell,HHT,O2O项目等；
4、根据公司业务发展需求，配合IT部门建立数据分析中心,通过数据信息发掘和定期运营MI报告,为业务提供价值,不断提升运营水平；
5、协助完成修改和更新公司运营标准和流程以及公司运营手册。
任职资格（技能、素质等要求）：
1、对零售行业的终端管理感兴趣，愿意学习一线运营经验以及运营优化经验；
2、具备较强的中文写作能力和一定的英语阅读与写作能力。
