岗位职责：

1.负责现有国际客户（欧美国家为主）的维护工作。

2.与生产团队合作，就客户的生产相关问题进行沟通，与项目经理合作，保证项目顺利进行，为客户提供优质的服务。

3.根据公司的销售策略和销售计划，开发国际市场，推广本地化解决方案，联系、跟进并挖掘客户需求。

4.根据新国际客户的特定要求及市场形势，设计并实施销售和营销计划。

5.负责国际客户跟踪及维护，加强客户信息管理。</p><p>

岗位要求：

1. 本科或本科以上学历，欢迎应届毕业生，英语或国际贸易专业优先。

2. 良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力，良好的商业沟通技巧，熟悉国际市场商业规则和惯例。

3. 性格开朗，责任感强，富有进取精神。

4. 拥有专业、出色的人际交流技巧和语言技能，有翻译行业相关经验或良好业务资源者优先。

5. 愿意学习新知识，能够承受压力，成功欲强，了解客户开发以及维护的基本流程。

6. 熟练使用常用电脑办公软件，如outlook、office等，熟悉本地化软件者优先。</p>

Overseas Account Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Current overseas accounts maintenance and services.

2. Closely collaborate with production team to ensure the project completion and quality. Communicate with accounts for any issues raised by production team to resolve problems.

3. Develop overseas market; offer localization solutions; contact, follow-up and develop market demand according to company sales and marketing strategy.

4. Formulate and implement customized sales and marketing plans for accounts based on their specific requirements and the current market status.

5. Trace the latest needs and requirement of localization services of overseas accounts. Manage accounts information

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome; English or International Business major is a plus.

2.Strong Chinese and English writing and speaking sills with excellent business communication skills, familiar with overseas market practice.

3.Cheerful and aggressive personality and sense of responsibility.

4.Strong communication skills with professional language speaking ability, experience in localization industry or client resources are preferred.

5.Willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success. Basic knowledge of business development.

6.Strong computer skills (e.g. knowledge of MS Office suite and Office), knowledge of localization tools is a plus.
