职位概要Position Summary：
负责LED芯片事业部各工厂品质系统建立及维护，确保产品的质量及可靠性
主要工作职责 Major job duties：
1.负责公司之品质系统规划、推动、维护及执行.
Responsible for the company's quality system planning, promotion, maintenance and implementation;
2.确保品质政策、品质目标有效于组织中运作.
To ensure that the quality policy , quality objectives effective operation in the organization.
3.建立与维护质量管理体系，满足客户的要求和期望
Establish and maintain the quality management system, meet customer requirements and expectations.
4带领团队，以确保产品的质量及可靠性
Lead the team to ensure product quality and reliability;
5.定期拜访客户了解质量状况.
Regular visit to customers to understand the quality status;
6.组织并主持品质会议，提供产品品质相关数据及报表；
Organization and host of QC meetings; supply of data and forms related to QC;
7.管理并处理品质部门工作
Management and processing of work with the QC department;

Requires要求:
1. 本科以上学历，五年以上合资或外资公司品质管理实操经验，LED行业或者半导体行业bachelor degree or above, more than 5years' QC management experience in joint ventures or foreign companies; Led industry or the semiconductor industry;
2. 较强的数据分析能力，良好的沟通合作技巧，良好的团队领导能力。excellent in data analysis; good communicative and cooperative skills; strong data analysis skills; good communication skills,
good team leadership talent
3 具备良好的英语说写能力。能熟练运用office软件，尤其是Excel, PPT.
- excellent command of written and spoken English. Good at MS-Office, especially on Excel, PPT.
4、熟悉led生产工艺流程，熟悉运用质量管理工具和方法；
Familiar with led the production process, familiar with quality management tools and methods use.
