Objective:

    

The MDM/BI BA will be responsible for interacting with local business to understand business requirements on all in-scope MDM/BI systems / applications. He/she will act as a key liaison between tech and business to recommend solutions for data migration and application development.

    

    

Scope of Work:

• Interact with local business to understand business requirements on all in-scope MDM/BI systems / applications
• Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications, system interfaces, data flow of systems / applications
• Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
• Identify the current- and future-state business processes
• Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future
• Provide recommendations on solutions of all in-scope MDM/BI systems / applications
• Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
• Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Experience with MDM/BI systems / applications / database such as CRM Database, BI-BO, Tableau, etc. would be an advantage
