? 毕业于专业的设计院校；
? 纯熟运用Photoshop、Illustrator等设计软件, 并对网络技术性知识有相当的了解；
? 具备出色的视觉、创意能力，追求细节，追求完美的视觉表现；
? 有4A和知名广告公司实习经验的优先考虑;
? 了解社会化媒体（微博、微信为主），时常关注此类平台，对平台上的图片有一定的感触；
? 有创新精神、团队意识、吃苦耐劳、能够接受加班。
