职位描述
1、 协助决策层制定公司视频会议产品年度发展战略,营销策略、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划等,负责销售部及所辖大区的管理工作;
2、 负责公司视频会议产品销售团队的搭建和销售工作,管理工作及核心人才的团队建设,提高团队整体绩效,协助各团队、各员工完成年度销售任务
3、 提交年度销售报告,负责辖区市场信息及竞争对手的分析、销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行,分析新的和原有分销体系或销售渠道的市场潜力、销售数据和费用,测算盈亏情况、团队建设等,为新市场新模式的建立提供数据支持;
4、 负责公司产品宣传工作,拓展市场,开拓渠道,发展建立新客户新营销模式
5、 负责渠道构架建立,开拓,维护,以及根据行业线索进行销售,管理维护渠道客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划。
In the role of the VC Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Video Collaboration business. Effectively you will be building up a business within a region and driving sustained growth for the category.?
Your Contribution:

In this role you will grow the Video Collaboration business for the Region through active new business development, opening doors to new accounts and subsequent account management. The role will not have direct reports initially. In this role your responsibilities will be to:
? Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
?Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
?Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
? Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
? Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
?Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
?Maintain an accurate and updated business plan with all relevant figures and activities per channel, business plan reviewed on monthly basis with local B2B channel teams?
? Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key-Initiatives ? to new and current channels?
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历;
2. 8年以上视频会议产品销售背景, 有智能公交行业、安防或智能视频监控行业、系统集成行业工作经验优先,拥有一定的行业资源背景和客户资源,具备敏锐的观察力、分析判断能力;
3. 优秀的团队建设经验,团队管理能力强,善于协调营销团队的工作;
4. 有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力,学习能力强;逻辑性强和良好的语言表达能力
5. 高度的责任心和自信心,能承受强大的工作压力;具备敏锐的观察力、分析判断能力,富有开拓精神
6. 具备快速的学习变通能力、较强的市场开拓、客户沟通能力;强烈的结果导向和团队合作精神。

? Experience of channel partner network management
