Job Description 职位说明:
主要负责参与和协助公司电子商务的项目管理各项事务，包括前期设计、项目跟进和后期维护等内容。需要进行大量的与内、外部团队的沟通和协调管理，确保电子商务平台项目的整体研发工作顺利进行，确保相关系统之间的有效对接和项目如期上线等。
Responsibilities岗位职责:
1.针对电商市场的业务需求，进行研究和分析，整理出对应的解决方案给到技术部门进行实施；
2.对电商平台进行日常管理，收集和解决运行过程中出现的各类问题，制定解决方案和计划；
3.对新的项目，进行全局的监控和管理，保证项目可以如期上线。协调项目的开展需求确定、计划制定、跟相关人员的沟通联络，并进行项目测试。
4.同时对项目相关的文档进行管理与更新，包括需求文档、功能说明文档、用户手册、业务流程说明等信息与资料的管理；
5.为适应不断变化的电商市场，研究和优化提供支持与协助，保障电子商务业务的平稳高效运作；
6.参与和执行各项目的用户验收，并提供计划、评估和管理；
Requirements职位要求:
1.本科或以上学历，有相关IT教育背景；
2.至少2-3年IT项目管理经验或IT产品经理经验；
3.有电子商务网站研发或IT项目支持的经验；
4.对以下工具软件或应用程序有一定基础SQL, Visio，能够熟练使用则更佳；
5.较强的沟通和协调能力，能够承受一定压力；有较强的学习能力和主动性积极工作； 必须有很强的团队协作意识；
6.曾参与或负责新零售项目优先，对新零售有独特见解。
7.有PMP认证优先。
8. 能够熟练使用英语和普通话，包括听说读写的能力；
