主要职责Key Responsibilities

 

·         Provide innovative and practical designs that accounts for the end-to-end function that is in line with the business objectives in System Engineering filed.

·         Deliver architecture and implementations that supports the most efficient and secure solutions meeting business needs and controlling operational risk.

·         Experience of optimizing complex systems and working with business, developer, QA, System Engineer team to solve problems

·         Conducting design and architectural review with other team members

·         Direct or indirect involvement in the development lifecycle on policies, standards, security controls and other related fields.

·         Direct or indirect involvement in implementation of foundational architecture services(e.g. CI/CD, automation testing, container, cloud and etc.)

·         Stay abreast of technology trends and advise IT and the business about potential benefits, impacts.

 

资格要求Required Qualifications

 

·         Ability to breakdown and explain complex technical solutions to audiences with varying degrees of knowledge and technical capabilities

·         Ability to analyze business requirement user stories and model it domain based services

·         Experience in designing complex distributed/service oriented/micro services style and cloud based systems, with focus on scalability maintainability and extensibility

·         Experience in designing integrations between different systems, working with different teams and driving an agreement on the technologies and methods to use

·         Experience with at least one Cloud Based Platform(AWS, Azure, AliCloud)

·         Experience developing cloud architecture and design, cloud business case, cloud security, network and storage design

·         Working knowledge on private cloud framework

·         Experience in CI/CD technologies, concepts and tools

·         Good understanding of the key differences to architect and design enterprise cloud native solution compare to traditional datacenter based solutions

·         Enthusiastic, persuasive and self-starter, ability to motivate team members

·         Ability to lead engineering teams and resolve technical issues

·         A track record of delivering significant change with improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways.

 

        Should have：

·         Strong understanding of Computer Science Fundamentals.

·         Good communication skills

·         Extensive experience in creating estimates for projects of all sizes.

·         Outstanding problem solving skills.

·         Proven ability to create/contribute to robust commercial applications.

·         Exceptional time management skills.
