• Strategy execution through new generation performance management

• M&A of People Advisory Services: post deal integration and HRDD

• Organization design and efficiency improvement

• Talent development and global innovation

• Incentive plan designs

• HR System implementation

• Leadership and culture change management

• Platform business: Flex benefits design and management

• Data business: business performance/incentives/workforce planning/org efficiency

We are now looking for energetic, right-caliber candidates to join our fast growing Beijing team

Responsibilities:

• Implements full cycle SAP projects/ roll-outs / enhancements or change requests in any of the following SAP areas: HR/HCM, ABAP, Success Factors, BI/BW

• This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions.

Use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Qualifications：

• Understanding of the business processes, standards and practices of related applications relevant to his/her area of responsibility (Human Resource, Service and Maintenance, etc.

• Minimum 3 years relevant SAP experience in the area applied for

• Experienced in at least 1 full cycle project implementations

• Integration knowledge with other SAP modules will be highly valued

• Familiar with ITIL methodology will be preferred

• Excellent communication skills and customer relationship skills

• Good analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills
