职位描述
Responsibilities & Main tasks:
1.Sales Process:
a. Assisting salesman to input contract order from salespersons
b. Coordinate with order processing to assist salesman of the contract status
c. Assisting in quotations and documentation
d. Assisting salesman to do prepare tender document
2.Sales Report:
a. Collection of sales data and presenting monthly data analysis to Regional Sales Manager
b. Gathering "Weekly Sales Potential Customer Report" and making a forecast statistic according to potential report for Regional Sales Manager
c. Summarizing special price and sales activity data
3.Administration
a. Making note for regular sales meeting
b. Providing daily administrative support to Regional Sales Manager
c. Maintain close relationship with related departments
4.Further tasks on request
Qualification / Additional Requirements:
1. Education: College degree or above, major in Biology will be a plus
2. Working Experience: 1-2 years of working experience, work in MNC will be a plus
3. Good English in oral, writing, read and translation
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability of administrative work
6. Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
7. Good Team player and can work under pressure
