1)    Establish internal biophysical and analytical process for candidate antibody evaluation in early discovery stage 

2)    Perform antibody characterization and validation using a variety of analytical and biophysical methods including but not limited to HPLC, ForteBio, CE, DLS, DSF, UV/Vis

3)    Establish analytical methods for major quality attributes such as protein aggregates, charge variants, chemical modifications such as deamidation, oxidation, and other product-related substances/impurities

4)    Manage selection, qualification and work carried out by third-party analytical service providers

5)    Communicate and interact with colleagues from other functional areas to solve project related issues or challenges

6)    Interpret and summarize experimental data, present results at project meeting

7)    Maintain appropriate experimental records and documentation

职位要求：

1)    Must possess extensive laboratory experience with an in-depth knowledge of analytical techniques including HPLC, ForteBio, CE, DLS, DSC, UV/Vis etc. for biologics characterization

2)    Experience in antibody formulation development is highly preferred

3)    Hands-on experience in protein/antibody expression and purification is a plus

4)    Ability to work in a team environment and independently as well as successfully conduct multiple tasks based on priority.

5)    Strong capabilities in experimental design, execution and data interpretation

6)    Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
