- Lead the project purchase plan work out with project manager and master planner.
- Process daily procurement requirements into purchase orders.
- Obtain order acknowledgement from suppliers for released purchase orders with correct prices, availability and delivery schedule.
- Data entry and management in ERP system.
- Closely follow suppliers on time and on quality delivery.
- Manage and resolve problems due to delivery, quality in timely manner.
- Coordinate with cross function team in the supplier’s delivery.
- Manage supplier’s relationship by efficient communication.
- Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring open purchase orders.
- Process goods receipt and invoices for payment.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or English or International Trade.
- More than 5 years of purchase experience as a manufacturing purchaser.
- Familiar with ERP/MRP systems is required.
- Working experience within marine industry, such as marine equipment suppliers provides advantages.
- Proficient with MS Office suite and other work-related software.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
