Responsibilities

1. General Continuous Improvement/Lean

2. Supplier Development

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; preferably engineering or the sciences. MBA or MS degree preferred.

2. Demonstrated knowledge and track-record of delivering results in a high performance, continuous improvement environment through the implementation of and expertise in lean management methods.

3. 5+ years of experience with hands-on application of Lean/CI, including facilitation and leadership of kaizen events. Lean certifications preferred.

4. Demonstrated operational leadership experience in manufacturing with a minimum of 10 years of operational experience. 

5. Experience in the development and implementation of lean/CI tools and training curriculum.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and multiple BU’s.

7. Experience in supplier development.

8. Strong affinity for process optimization and data-based performance improvement.

9. Must work well with cross functional teams, inspiring team work, and participation.

10. Ability to travel frequently.
