2、具有一定临床试验监查工作经验；

3、具有较强的学习能力，能较快接受新知识，工作仔细、认真；

4、具有较强的与人沟通能力，能协调好科室（研究者）、基地、申办者之间的关系，妥善处理有关事宜；

5、富有团队精神；

6、能适应出差；

岗位职责：

1、参与临床试验中心的筛选、伦理资料准备、研究者会议组织等前期准备工作；

2、遵照研究方案、GCP及公司SOP要求，启动、监察和结束临床试验；

3、负责监查临床研究中心质量，识别并提出解决方法；

4、跟踪临床研究进度，协调研究中心人员资源，按照试验进度计划完成研究进度；

5、管理并解决研究基地发生的与研究有关的问题；

6、协助项目负责人完成样品发放回收、记录等工作；

7、协助项目负责人完成与临床研究有关的工作；
