职位描述:
1. Manage a full cycle of localization projects from Initiating, executing to closing
2. Communicate proactively with stakeholders across different time zones to ensure effective cross-team collaboration
3. Coordinate with internal requestors and external resources to make sure on-schedule, high-quality delivery
4. Analyze source files to identify potential risks and establish preventive action initiatives
5. Keep project & finance data up to date to make sure budgetary adherence for project-based quotes
6. Organize training sessions for LSPs to review feedback and troubleshoot all projects related issues
7. Propose suggestions to the team for process improvement, tool and system optimization.
职位要求:
1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
2. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required
3. 3+ years of localization project management experience
4. Another foreign language skill is preferred
5. Familiarity with computer-aided translation platform or tools such as SDL Studio, XTM Cloud or WorldServer
6. Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multitasks affectively
7. Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
8. Cross-functional collaboration experience in working with stakeholders from Product, Marketing and Technical teams is a plus.
