岗位职责：

1.配合生产中心经理管理仓储与生产全流程，达成生产目标。

2．主持部门日常工作，根据公司的经营状况与要求，制定部门工作计划并实施，传达公司文化精神。

3.负责部门工作管理，员工排班及KPI考核等实施。

4.协助完成员工的岗位技能培训。

5.完成上级交办的其他相关事务。

任职要求：

1. 物流或管理等相关专业专科以上学历。

2.两年以上相关工作经验。

3.电脑操作熟练。

4.有物流管理或催熟加工经验者优先。

5.有较强的责任心和团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，具有一定的抗压能力。
