你会负责什么？

你将制定针对时装消费群体的数字营销策略及内容

规划、预算、管理、实施、分析和优化跨多个渠道的媒体运营，包括在线市场、社交媒体、视频媒体平台和其他主流数字媒体平台  

与业内KOL合作以推动流量收购，并最终转化为销售增长           

编制并记录活动分析、绩效报告和衡量投资回报率，以优化渠道效率              

通过新兴的社交广告渠道，开发创新和新的产品营销方式。

监控和分析市场趋势，能够根据数据和分析寻找潜在的业务增长点              

 

你需要具备什么？        ·

至少3年的在线和数字营销和/或流量采集经验             

了解时装行业的数字营销环境，精通社交媒体                       

电子商务营销/品牌营销/KOL知识

优秀的沟通技巧和分析方法              ·

创业态度和战略思维

How does your job look like?

You will lead our digital marketing strategy and content.

Responsible to define the online operations of multiple channels to drive massive traffic acquisition and eventually convert to sales growth.

·       Plan, budget, manage, implement, analyze and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including online marketplaces, social media, video media platforms and other mainstream digital media platforms

·       Compile and document campaign analysis, performance reports and measure ROI to optimize channel efficiency

·       Develop creative and new ways to market our products through emerging social advertising channels.

·       monitor and analyze the market trends, be able to look for potential business growth points based on data and analysis

 

Qualifications

·       At least 3 years of experience with online and digital marketing, and/or traffic acquisition

·       In-depth understanding of digital marketing environment within fashion and apparels industry

·       Experience with Media planning & buying

·       Excellent communications skills with an analytical approach

·       Entrepreneurial attitude and strategic thinking

·       Knowledge of Ecommerce Marketing/Brand marketing/KOL

·       Social Media savvy
