1. 给终端用户提供日常的技术支持。

Provides daily help－desk support for end users’ PC;

2. IT相关设备（电脑、打印机、交换机等）的安装、维护与管理。

Install, maintain and manage the related IT equipment (including: computers, printers, switches and so on.)

3. 微软Windows系统、office办公、Lotus邮件、Lanfax传真等软件的安装、维护与管理。

Install, maintain and manage the related IT software (including: MS Windows OS, MS Office 2003/2007/2010, Lotus Notes, Lanfax and so on.)

4. 防病毒系统的维护与管理。

Maintain and manage the company anti-virus system.

5. 协助IT主管保持相关应用系统的安全和平稳。

Assist IT&EPR Supervisor to keep the related IT application system running stable and safety;

6. 协助IT主管完成KPI目标。

Assist IT&EPR Supervisor to complete the IT KPI objectives;

7. 协助IT主管管理固定资产。

Assist IT&EPR Supervisor to manage IT fix assets;

8. 其他工作安排。

Undertake other assigned tasks or projects by IT&EPR Supervisor.
