• Take charge of inside sales job including but not limited to preparing sales quotes, contracts, processing and following up orders, liaising with operations support team and manufacturing to get updated order status.

• Arranging deliveries; preparing shipping documents and payment supporting documents under specific contract to customer.

• Following up payment from customer and keep record.

• Doing necessary reports like forecast or revenue sheet for periodically to manager.

• Ensuring compliance of the Company’s Business Ethics policies.

• Ensuring compliance of the Company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policies.

• To perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time within capabilities

要求：

• Education: University Degree or equivalent, Major in International Trade, Finance, Business Administration are preferred;

• Experience: 3-5 years of sales supporting role. experience with global company is preferred

• Knowledge: Have basic knowledge and understanding for international trade, L/C, shipping, logistic, custom clearance; INCO terms, contract law, finance, business administration; Basic knowledge of mechanical product.
