职位描述
- Job Responsibilities:
- Understands captures and effectively communicates expectations of Client and
manages the Senior Client relationship.
- Proposes and implements the Annual Relationship Plan across the portfolio.
- Ensures the development and management of an annual facility plan for each
accounts that is approved by the client and aligns the strategic and operational
objectives of the account to deliver the benefits and outcomes the client expects. The
plan must outline strategies and actions to capture and deliver on client expectations,
both short term (within one year) and longer term (3 to 5 years). This plan should
include establishing and implementing a detailed site management plans, utilizing the
FM management tools and processes outlined by company’s policy.
- With the IFM Managers establish metrics and tools to monitor and manage
performance of account.
- Guides, coaches and supports the IFM Managers in services performance
management techniques, processes and tools.
- Be pro-active, foster innovation and present action plan on regular basis to Client in
order to attain both Client and objectives.
- Ensures contract retention by the renewal of our contracts.
- Accountable for the achievement of portfolio budget in term of Sales (Retention and
Comparable Unit Growth) - Gross Profit – Headcounts, for the achievement of new
site opening, and for other Key Performance Indicators that may be defined from time
to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business management, Technical discipline, Hotel
management or similar.
- 10 years and above working experience in various roles within the FM and/or
Hospitality Industry in management roles.
- Solid managing skills in customer service.
- Familiar with managing profit & loss and controlling the levers of impact & risks
- Strong team management skills (staff training, employee appraisal and motivating
ability)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and synthesize.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
