1.全面管理现场综合设施管理团队，负责建筑本体和设备设施的运行、维护维修保养。

  

2.在管理职责范围内，负责管理相关工程维保承包商，确保符合业主利益；

  

3.建立管理体系、流程和规范 ，确保现场人员的操作、服务流程符合客户方要求；

  

4.在职权范围内，按程序要求审批采购申请章，订单；

  

6.定期召开工作例会，协调解决各方工作中的困难；

  

  

7.熟悉大型工厂中央空调及给排水系统、空气压缩系统的、供配电系统、弱电系统工作原理；

  

8.十年以上相关工作经验，有商务园区设施管理经验；

  

9.敬业，善于沟通协调，有较强的管理能力
