职位描述

1. Develop profitability analysis by various market
segments such as region/city/income level. Build by market take rate plan to ensure
progression of annual business target achievement.

2. Leverage operational data to build take rate
guardrail toolkit to assist BD team in renewing/converting existing contracts
and signing new contracts with optimal take rate potential.

3. Assist each market on profitability analysis in
support of business decisions such as price positioning, capex investment,
commercial terms negotiation and operation cost efficiency, etc.

4. Leverage operation performance data to identify
opportunities for efficiency and cost improvement at building level. Develop
process improvement and KPIs to realize the cost benefits.

5. Provide insights of value added service to
continue to develop hotel’s revenue and product profitability.

6. Synthesize market intelligence including
competition and macro trends, develop and refresh in time commercial
strategies to enable BD and operation teams in maximizing market potential.

7. Drive routine commercial planning, develop KPIs
and drive initiatives to optimize accuracy and timeliness of building level
data.

8. Support all ad hoc commercial project requests.

Qualification
1. Good written and spoken English/ Strong
communication skills

2. Proficient Excel and PPT skills

3. Possess solid business sense with strong
analytical skills, combined with ability to interact and influence
stakeholders and colleagues at all levels

4. A self-starter who thrives by working in a
dynamic environment where challenges drive outstanding performance. With a
strong focus on commercial growth, profitability, business planning and gap
analysis.

5. Bachelor degree or above in business, science,
or engineering

6. Strong experience in financial analytic, prefer ＞5 years commercial controlling experience in a
fast speed internet/entrepreneur company

7. Big picture driven/ Detail orientated /
Proactive working attitude / can working under high pressure /Good team
player
