SUMMARY
简述
Teleport is the sole and exclusive air cargo capacity manager for the AirAsia Group of airlines. AirAsia is Asia’s largest low-cost carrier group with over 250 aircraft in operations, comprising of 9 separate airlines across 6 countries (and growing). At Teleport we are excited to transform the way air cargo is managed, sold and transported in Southeast Asia because we believe air cargo is 30 years behind its time. We feel the industry thrives on a lack of transparency, and those that have the most information, win. you will be working with a team of 2-3 people and will be based out of our office in Shenzhen. You will be expected to be performing this role on a full-time basis. The role reports to the Head, Southern China on matters related to day-to-day operations. However, to ensure alignment in data integrity and management, the role will be receiving oversight and guidance from the Systems Support department in residing in HQ.

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

· Understand how cargo flows through the CTO across the various markets (they all differ) to have context on the gaps in the processes today

· Understand and document how data (+messaging) should flow to and from our CMS to the CTOs for all scenarios (bookings/execution/acceptance/buildup/departure/offload/arrival/breakdown/transshipment)
· 了解不同的场景下数据和信息的处理流程,如预订/执行/接受/汇总/离港/卸载/到达/分拆/运送
· Embed yourself with live customer scenarios to understand how the data gaps lead to customer pain points e.g. live tracking or re-planning
· 融入真实的客户场景,了解数据差异和客户关注点,例如实时跟踪和预先计划
· Analyze the existing data gaps between our CMS and CTOs today, that lead to incomplete data integrity, in particular, understand WHY they exist currently
· 分析货站运营商和货运管理系统数据间的差异,导致数据集成不完整的现有问题所在
· Understand the functionality of our CMS system, and troubleshoot the issues with the system
· 了解货运管理系统,并能系统排除故障
· Identify, discuss and propose enhancements to our CMS system provider on incremental improvements

· Conduct training sessions or knowledge transfer to local staff to ensure systems utilisation

· Invest the ime to understand and stay abreast of how our current processes (which continue to change and adapt) from various stakeholders from a big picture analysis and offer suggestions that the company can adopt for improvement in process

· At least an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or IT
