SUMMARY

简述    

We transport cargo every day to over >100 stations across Asia on behalf of our customers, and coordinate with many Cargo Terminal Operators (CTOs). We rely heavily on CTOs and ground handlers to ensure we can maximize our ability to sell and transport cargo. To ensure the reliability of CTOs and ground handlers, we maintain strong communication with Team Leaders who will be overseeing the air operations team on a daily basis. They will be the main people advising the management on on-the-ground feedback from the customers and the operations teams. Their input is critical to ensure we consistently improve the quality and standard of service. You will be working in Guangzhou ,Shenzhen ,Chengdu， Beijing,Tianjin，Shanghai or other international airports. As we are a 24:7 operations, this role will be on a full-time shift basis and you will be reporting daily to the Duty Executive of Air Operations.

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

· Plan for operational contingencies when flight disruptions, customer complaints etc. arises

· Oversee loading, unloading, securing, and staging process; coordinate and prioritize supervisors, CTOs and GHA work

· Supervise the work process and manage the team effectively to ensure on-time delivery of orders

· Promptly respond and act upon requests for investigations and customer complaints

· Evaluate seasonal traffic demands and co-ordinate with supervisors and the customer care team on space allocations

· Provide regular updates to the Duty Executive, complete paperwork where necessary

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· At least an undergraduate degree, any discipline

· 4-6 years in logistics (preferably air cargo), warehousing or manufacturing

· Possess a valid driving license (D license)
