职位描述
Summary
To be responsible for managing the resources required to fulfil TI’s vision to provide a safe, clean, comfortable environment for all staff and visitors at our facilities while keeping all equipment and systems fully function at all times.
Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic inspection of the properties& manage/coordinate all FM related works on site.
- Report on managed data as requested.
- Assist in spare parts and consumptions ordering.
- Be the point of local contact for incident escalation purpose and respond to emergency incidents within the emergency response procedure.
- Carry out additional related duties, as necessary to meet the needs of the Firm.
- Support facilities augmentation/retrofit projects required to support engineering operations.
- Interface with all outside equipment suppliers and contractors as required to assure that all requirements are being met.
- Support energy initiatives to reduce costs. Support environment initiatives per manager guidelines.
Requirements
- 2020 bachelor degree.
- Quick leaner, self-motivator and team worker.
- Willingness to interact cross functionally and ability to effectively communicate to team members.
- Good communication skills.
- Operate Microsoft Office & Auto CAD skilled.
