工作内容：

1. 负责进入办公场所的来客接待，登记，引导；    

2. 负责接听转接登记来电；    

3. 负责办公室用品的采购、保管、发放及管理；

4. 负责员工名片打印；    

5. 协助部分员工的机票、酒店预定；    

6. 负责公司快递的登记、收发工作；    

7. 负责各种行政费用的申请、核销等；    

8. 负责协调会议室预定及管理等工作；

9. 配合行政部安排瑞士总部访客的行程；

10. 协助办公室各种活动安排；

11. 协助面试安排；

12. 协助租赁业务的相关工作；

13. 部门领导交代的其他协助对应事项。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，文科背景为佳

2. 1-2年行政类工作经验

3. 英语良好

4. 较好的书面表达能力

5. 良好的沟通能力，解决问题及组织能力，团队协作能力
