职位描述

We are looking for an Associate Consultant (Tax based ) to join our Shanghai Office. Are you looking for an attractive, high-impact position in a dynamic and professional environment? Join us to be part of a team with 36 years of client expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and employee commitment in the region.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist clients in fulfilling tax / finance compliance obligations, including:

? Interview clients’ personnel to identify functions and risks

? Prepare tax returns, and correspond with tax authorities

? Advise on accounting requirements including deferred taxes

? Advise on regulatory and tax terms of contracts

? Tax audits and provide remedy against tax assessments

? Maintain client relationship and respond to clients in a timely manner

Research on tax and finance issues, and compile internal documentation and guidelines

Suggest and resolve complex tax issues faced by clients

Attend meetings with clients and tax authorities and prepare relevant records

Who we are looking for:

University degree or above in TAX / Accounting related major
3+ year working experience in accounting firm
Result orientated, ability to work under pressure with integrity
Strong communication skills and self-motivation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficient skill in computer applications (e.g., MS office and online research tools)
China CPA or CTA qualification is a plus
