1. As members of the Global Marketing Solutions team, it’s our job to work cross-functionally to inform, influence, demonstrate and educate advertisers, partners, opinion leaders--and our own employees--about the benefits of Bytedance’s advertising offerings and how they impact brand and business growth.
2. You’ll help set the vision & plans for thought-leadership contents and bring them to life.
3. You’ll also be expected to drive cohesive sales narratives across multiple platforms, facilitate the development of high priority sector/cross-vertical narratives & solutions, lead or conduct research programs to deliver insights, digital marketing thought leadership and effective storytelling for our offerings. Things happen quickly at Bytedance and to get stuff done here you need to be quick-witted, entrepreneurial and intellectually curious as well as an enthusiastic team player - a self-starter who can work cross-functionally and isn't frightened to take risks or try out new ways of doing things while working with colleagues globally.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. Master’s degree is preferred
2. 3-5 years of Experience working in a strategy focused role for communications, journalism or media.
3. International work/study experience
4. Solid understanding of, and interest in digital marketing, brands, culture, media and consumers
5. Excellent written and visual presentation skills.
6. Persuasive when presenting to larger groups or in regular meetings, both internally and externally.
7. Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese fluently and idiomatically.
8. Familiarity with user marketing research principles and practices and how to use data to provide informed user insights.
9. Ability to take complex data and distill it into a meaningful and coherent story and to consider different perspectives with excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail.
10. Strong POVs on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.
11. As a stellar writer, you have a portfolio of work that demonstrates your writing skills.
