职位描述:
1. As a designer in Global Marketing Solution team, you’ll bring visual, design, and experiential acumen to the team.
2. Responsible to refine images, fonts and layouts as well as create aesthetically excellent design work that is true to our brand image.
3. Collaborate daily with a diverse set of specialists (e.g., strategists, marketers, and writers to deliver rich and powerful content for Bytedance B2B offerings.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. At least 2 years of experience working as a Designer, Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
3. Experience with image editing & design software.
4. Excellent aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
6. Exceptional attention to visual details.
7. Portfolio of completed design projects
8. Ability to speak and write in English is preferred
