Responsibilities:

• 协助客户建立或优化风险管理计量体系
• 分析金融行业最新的风险量化技术和监管要求
• 协助管理层设计咨询方案、开发数据分析或模型方案，解决客户关心的问题

Requirements:

• 统计学、计算机、金融学、经济学等专业本科或以上学历
• 3年以上数据分析、挖掘、建模等领域的工作经验
• 具有较强的工作能力和突出的分析问题解决问题的能力，熟悉金融风控先进理念和方法优先，包括不限于大数据、AI等技术的应用，有相关项目经验优先
• 较强的沟通、分析能力，问题解决能力，适应快速工作节奏
• 熟练使用统计软件及office软件
• 金融机构或者国际咨询公司工作经验可作为加分项
• CFA或者FRM可作为加分项
