Job Descriptions: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

? Monitoring and analyzing customers’ business performance

  ? Working with supply chain, purchasing and operation team to deal with trouble  cases and new requirements from customer 

  ? Establishing and building up customer relationship through execution of  customer plan

  ? Create and negotiate the  Pricing  recommend and negotiation strategies for current customer

  ? Taking ownership and responsibilities for the accounts under the managing  & monitoring of the Branch manager( turnover and pre-tax profit)

  ? Represent Fastenal as brand ambassador of the Company

  ? Customer retention by maintaining new and existing business

  ? Maintaining & growing the existing business, and prospect the new  business opportunities

  ? Creating and presenting professional proposals to current and new customers

  ? Collecting market intelligence and share feedback to BM/ DM

  ? Other assignments issued by BM / DM

  REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  ? Degree holder preferably in technical/mechanical or Business Administration

  ? Minimum 1 years team leader in production distributes industry

  ? Strong analysis and presentation / communication skills

  ? Proficient in spoken & written English

  ? Strong relevant IT skill sets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  ? Team working oriented · Proactive, self-driven and willing to take initiative
