1. Plan the material flow consists of material feed, processing, finishing with the vision of waste-free, and systematically simulate and improve of production and work processes and their material flows

2. Computerized the material flow in the layout, updating as per changes

3.  Draft the project time planning and investment budget, lead and coordinate the project teams to realize to the objective within time and budget requirement

4. Regular evaluation of newly published production techniques, assessment of the applications of newly developed manufacturing techniques which adapts the Geberit production, and draft the concept of the production and equipment with ergonomic design

5. Corporate with process engineer to build up the SOW (specification of work) of the designed line or equipement; 

6. Drive the improvement of the visualization from the report, board

7. Perform the value analysis and application of lean instruments/tools in the implementation of projects

8.  Execute the tasks as instructed by the supervisor, arising from operational needs

 

Requirements:

1. University graduate major in mechanical engineering with equivalent experience. 

2. Communication skills (English and Mandarin). 

3. SAP System knowledge Project management experience and lean tool beneficial 

4. Experience in assembly technologies and automation 

5. Familiar with ACAD & Microsoft office tools
