As a GTSS Electrical Team Product Specialist, you will be part of the Motion (M) Business and Motors and Generators (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will play a key support role for the Sales team, preparing sales proposals in Large Motors & Generators Product Group/ Motors & Generators Business Line/ Motion Business in Shanghai/China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Electrical Team Leader, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in bringing efficient and effective solutions to customers.

- Supplying technical support for global sales and marketing organization.
- Solving technical problems and developing quotes. Developing and implementing technical training for employees and sales organization in cooperation of marketing.
- Working in global environment with worldwide customers.
- Offering necessary technical support for factory and after-sales service dept.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- University Graduate or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background on Electrical Motors.
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Sales and Support Works.
- Good at PC skills, Microsoft office.
- Be good at communication, full of enthusiasm, and like challenging.
- Action oriented, Customer orientation, Capability to work independently.
- Willing to work with different cultures.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
