• Responsible for separation/purification of small molecule to support medicinal chemist to accelerate drug discovery. The Associate is responsible for all aspects of daily operation and able to solve problems. Work under close to moderate level of supervision and guidance. Consults with senior peers or supervisor on more complex actions and decisions. This role reports to onsite service manager.

Job description:

？ Daily operation of flash chromatography, RP-HPLC and SFC

？ May involve in LC-MS analysis of small molecule

？ Responsible for specific service document (WI, SOP, Workflow) management

？ Responsible for service data analysis and improvement proposal generation

？ Support equipment fundamental maintenance

？ Key Liaison with the Quality Improvement Team with the host customer

？ Performs other duties as assigned

• Chemical related background;
• Junior college and above;
