1、负责项目的创意发想、创意决策，把握创意大方向负责项目的创意决策，把握创意大方向； 

2、负责把控创意作品的质量，提案的结果； 

3、负责协助与客户部对接，进行日常创意沟通； 

4、指导创意团队成员在项目上的执行细节，推进项目进度以及把控关键节点指导团队成员进行重大节点的创意把控； 

5、提高公司整体创意水平，原创能力； 

6、参与策划团队准确落实策略方向； 

7、负责团队培养指导工作。

任职要求：

1、优秀的创意功底,IMC经验优先； 

2、具有较强的策划创意能力及很强的市场分析能力； 

3、能够对创作团队进行有效的指导和培训；
