Job Description- Assist PRC Licensing Transformation:
？ 1.Assist CLM (Commercial Licensing Manager) for commercial Licensing go tomarkets in PRC. Assist CLM to design global standard / PRC local licensingmodel landing plan, which include licensing program landing proposal,readiness planning, and change management execution exc.？

2.Manage licensing program readiness content, collect from stake holders,consolidate and publish to sharepoint /website, keep them refreshed.？

 3.Manage seller readiness, host readiness section, manage each topicrequired time, take survey and report out result.？ 4.Co work with OCP team for partner readiness section, join the section andpresent for licensing related topic if need.？ 5.Track seller / partner readiness rhythm and prepare management reviewpresentation.？

6.Maintain all Internal and external licensing website for sellers and partnersper request.

- Support PRC promotion and Sales Contest Council
？ Coordinate with BG / Segment for promotion and sales contest program.？

 1st level approval for new promotion and sales contest request to ensurethe story is good to go with next level review, the design is followed withMS compliance and CELA basic requirement, budget under control and finalresult is executable.？

Host Promo Council review meeting and support for PRC Leadershipapproval on the new promotion and sales contest.

Monitor promotion and sales contest running progress, manage check inreview and summarize report when necessary.？ Monitor promotion and sales contest EDM communication rhythm, ensureproper information able to send to proper audience.？

 Program budget tracking？

 Maintain PRC Empowerment approvers in BCWeb and MOPET based on thestandard policy under CLM role
