岗位职责:

? Assist the Manager of Quality, and Safety in support of JCI Accreditation, including:
o Assisting departments in the creation and revision of existing policies/procedures,
o Assisting in staff education
o Document translation
o Internal audits
o Safety and facility inspections including disaster planning and overall hospital safety initiatives
o Formatting policies and procedures,
o Provided training to clinical departments as needed.

? Manage Risk Management/Patient Safety issues as per the event/sentinel event & peer review policies.
? Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions
? Implementation of the quality and safety plan, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports, managing performance improvement projects, as per the Quality Monitors and Performance Improvement policies.
? Manage documentation as per the Document Control policies.
? Manage and maintain government inspection database and work any follow up actions related to government reports and recommendations.
? Assign and monitor tasks in order to meet policy requirements.
? Be an advocate for the department staff, helping to resolve staff issues & reporting to the Director as appropriate.
? Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions.
? Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Quality, and Safety Department.
? Monitor departmental and hospital wide quality indicators and share data in a readable, understandable format

任职资格:

? Excellent English and Chinese language skills
? Excellent computer ability, particularly the ability to manipulate documents in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel with ability to aggregate data, and to create PowerPoint presentations
? Ability to work and communicate with staff from all levels of the organization
? Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision making
? Ability to lead and manage staff, including:
o Delegating tasks
o Managing projects from start to finish
? Preferred knowledge of JCI accreditation with emphasis on JCIA system implementation/maintenance experience in a hospital setting
? Knowledge of local governmental laws and regulations, and Health Bureau Regulations, &inspections requirements.
? Knowledge of International hospital quality and safety initiatives/ online resources
