Responsibilities:

1. Review all the accounting ledgers under PRC GAAP

   Monthly journal entries

   Detailed ledgers and General ledgers balance

   Balance sheet and P/L reports under PRC GAAP

2. Manage the monthly PRC financial reports and the Tax declaration. Monitor all the reports submitted to State tax bureau, Local tax bureau and Statistics bureau or any other government departments which are prepared by the accounting agency firm

      Monthly VAT application (Normally 15th as deadline)

      Monthly IIT application (Normally 15th as deadline)

      Monthly Statistic reports (Normally 10th as deadline)

      Monthly Economic index reporting package (unfixed timeline)

      Quarterly CIT application (Normally 15th as deadline)

      Annual Statistic reporting packaging (Normally Jan- Feb)

      Commercial and Industrial bureau annual inspection report (Apr to May)

      Annual CIT declaration reporting package(Normally May 30th as deadline)

      Annual foreign enterprise Union reporting package  (Normally Aug 15th as deadline)

      Annual National tax investigation reporting package (Normally Jul 30th as deadline)

      Disability funding application and land usage application (Normally Aug-Oct)

  3. Ensure Facility assets controlling activities in place such as CAPEX controlling management under PRC GAAP. Involve in AR Application phase and follow up with the whole CAPEX completion process. Keep track on Capex original value and depreciation during the full useful life.

  4. AR\AP account management. Continuous improvement on AR aging, bad debt and DSO analysis. New customer creation control in coda and GPM, and credit risk control especially for the payment collection

  5.B e able to do simple entry posting in Coda accurately and independently. Support Finance manager to perform data input in HFM (AR, Inventory details, CAPEX additions by product line, Asset liability rollover/USD Override ) and monthly key account reconciliation

 6. Support finance manger to do the assigned works.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplines. Accounting certificate holder.

Years of Experience: 3-4 years accounting & finance experience; a good team player, with excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure; proficiency in computer skills, well-versed with Excel, word and PowerPoint; CET 6 or above, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Knowledge: Carefulness and patience; Commitment, teamwork spirit, and strong sense of responsibility.

Competency: Able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines consistently; ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
