岗位职责:

Ipsos Healthcare is a worldwide specialization that focuses on understanding how the motivations, experiences, and interactions of various stakeholders impact the success of medications and health-related programs within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
1. Major types of Healthcare Consulting Service in Medtech market:
？ Business Development & Forecasting
？ Launch Strategy & Management
？ Pricing and Market Access
？ Sales and Marketing Optimization
？ Strategy and Portfolio Planning
？ Others, such as Patient Journey, Brand Health Tracking, etc.
2. Responsible for more than two types of projects’ arrangement and customer service
3. Responsible in designing the questionnaire, complete the interview and analyze the data independently
4. Own potential to build mathematical model
5. Responsible in drafting report and align with clients for more than two types of projects
6. Unique market sense and able to ensure the quality of the project and customer satisfaction
7. Able to supervise the team to satisfy the client’s need
8. Team building skill and good working skill with subordinate

任职资格:

Required Skills
1. More than 2-year experience in consulting project and more than 2-year engagement in project management(not necessarily in healthcare)
2. Medical background is a plus
3. Proven academic background in marketing and management with exquisite market sense
4. Eager to learn and be dedicated in consulting area
5. Excellent communication skill and grasp customers’ needs accurately
6. Some practical experience in project management and client service, and able to proactively solve the problems and various need while being engaged in the project
7. Fluent in English (overseas project will be involved)
8. Able to travel
