I. Duties and Responsibilities

1. 评估筛选符合屈臣氏中国Health发展方向、有合作前景的企业和项目，寻找合作机会；

2. 负责互联网医院、实体医院、医联体、医药电商合作项目拓展、谈判与跟进，促进合作达成，推动项目落地；

3. 负责对合作项目长期跟踪与管理；

4. 负责对下属的指导与管理；

5. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

Personal Qualities&Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上医药行业BD工作经验，具备立项、洽谈推进和后期管理经验；

3. 熟悉互联网医院、远程诊疗、处方外流等行业政策，具备行业前瞻性和敏感度；

4. 具有较强的沟通谈判能力、独立工作能力、抗压能力和执行力；

5. 具有较强的责任心、优秀的学习能力和分析判断能力 ；

6. 能够适应短期出差，具备优秀的的英语听说读写能力；

7. 医疗、医药行业资源丰富者优先
