Responsibilities:

• The specialist, TPI DD will be responsible for oversight of relationships with third party intermediaries;
• Supports BU TPI DD process management including document check and system input;
• Communicate with inside colleagues from the BU， HCC， Finance，QA and other stakeholders;
• Provide training on due diligence process and its components to third party distribution and business partners;
• Responsible for sorting, auditing and processing the relevant application materials of channel distributor;
• Tracking and maintenance of application form;
• Collect and make related reports regularly;
• Data analysis and collecting; 
• Other sale support as required.

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Minimum 1-year admin experiences in multi-national company;
• Proficient at oral & written English and Chinese-Good PC skills;
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skill;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Collaboration and Teaming;
• Self-awareness and Adaptability;
• Experience with use of third party intermediaries, such as distributors.
