Role & Responsibility:

1. Overall ITSM tooling management, eg: Monitoring System,Ticket System, CMDB systems, etc

2. Automation script development & deployment to support tooling & automation integration

3. Configuration management of the entire tool environment

4. Support and enable tooling integration for new business requirements, and new systems

5. Reporting of Tool operation status and come up with improvement suggestions.

6.Participate in adoption & POC of new tools 7.On going maintenance & support for all the tools ,and support for migration to new tools.

Skills and competencies

1. Knowledge IT service management concept (ITIL)

2. 3+ years’ experience in IT Infra tooling support

3. Experience with Nagios, Zabbix, ELK is needed.

4. Experience with ITSM process control tooling is expected, BMC Patrol and Remedy experience is nice to have.

5. Experience with other commercial tooling like BMC products is nice to have.

6. Essential programming or scripting language hands-on skill, such as Python, PowerShell , Linux shell

7. Experience with integrating scripts with tools to achieve automation goals

8.Strong ability to learn and apply new knowledges into daily work is required

9. Bachelors degree

10. Good English language skill, and good communication skills
