Responsibilities

• Responsible for downloading the business data and enter into systems
• Responsible for expense data collections, audit the data and files and process the expense
• Provide customer services guidance and support for the system routine
• Assist in processing various system data and reports

Requirements

• College’s degree in statistics, mathematics, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, familiar with MS Excel charts and common functions, proficient in MS Access
• Can work effectively under the guidance of superiors
• Can collect data and information under certain guidance
• Good communication skills with standard mandarin, clear logic and good English letter’s reading
• Elementary (CEFR A2) or higher level of spoken and written English

Desirable

• Prior data entry or call center experience managing a high volume of incoming calls is desired
• Have a background in chemical industry
