岗位职责:

1. Responsible for parts/service quotation & contract, negotiate contract details including legal T&C, price, lead time payment terms etc.
2. Responsible for customer order handling and shipment arrangement based on customer requirements and track logistic status to ensure timely order delivery
3. Order processing in SAP & Salesforce, ensure the data accuracy & efficiency
4. Coordinate with territory engineers to meet sales targets and improve the customer satisfaction
5. Data consolidation with monthly sales report
6. Billing document & AR chasing
7. Coordinate with cross functions to make sure the order going on smoothly but align with company policy
8. Complete other affairs assigned by customer support manager

任职资格:

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. ERP system experience， SAP & Salesforce experience is a plus
3. Willing to do customer service with pressure
4. Strong sense of ownership and urgency to achieve desired results
5. Excellent communications skills
6. Detail oriented and a quick learner
