WHAT YOU WILL DO:

-Com-mu-ni-cate with debtors by tele-phone and writ-ten cor-re-spon-dence to attempt to bring res-o-lu-tion to unpaid accounts.

-Provide efficient, precise and in-depth account updates after every communication with a client.

-Be able to com-mu-ni-cate with debtors in a clear and pro-fes-sional man-ner on the tele-phone to assist them in find-ing solu-tions to resolve delin-quent accounts.

-Enjoy work-ing in a fast-paced, multi-task envi-ron-ment that is focused on exceed-ing both Opentext and our clients’ goals.

-Review requests for proper documentation and escalation in compliance with company policies.

-Develop and maintain customer account relationships.

-Perform timely collection of accounts while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

-Coordinate sales in the resolution of billing disputes.

-Follow-up on open issues with customers, including researching and resolving past due invoices for payment, eliminating unapplied cash and maintaining promised check list.

-Alert management to collection issues.

-Input adjustments to customer accounts and maintain back-ups. Perform other tasks as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Education:

University / College Degree with Accounting, Finance or any Business Course

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of working experience: Call Center e.g. Collections, Sales, Customer Service

Enjoy work-ing in a fast-paced, multi-task envi-ron-ment that is focused on exceed-ing both Opentext and our clients’ goals.

Have a solid recent work his-tory. Col-lec-tions, Call Cen-ter, or Sales back-grounds are a plus.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.

Needs to be a strong Team Player.
