Job Description

1. Actively add efficiency and accuracy to the L10n engineering, and PMing process in a fast delivering cadence.

积极提高本地化工程和项目管理流程的效率及准确率，加快项目交付节奏。

2. Optimise workflows with automation to reduce chance of human errors to minimum.

使用自动化优化工作流，将人为错误的几率降到最低。

3. Work with project teams (engineers, project managers, linguists) to analyse project risks.

与项目团队(工程师、项目经理、语言学家)一起分析项目风险。

Requirement

1. Familiar with typical L10n workflows and processes for MS Office, and XML files.

熟悉典型的本地化工作流和MS Office、XML文件处理流程。

2. Very well at processing complex Excel file systems.

擅长处理复杂的Excel文件系统。

3. Understand the string filtering process and content protection.

了解字符串过滤过程和内容保护。

4. Innovative thinking and always seek to improve efficiency, quality and to lower the cost in work.

5. Familiar with major localization and QA tools such as Trados Studio, MemoQ, Xbench, QA Distiller as a plus.

6. Experience in localizing Android mobiles into multi-languages as a plus.

7. Can use English for basic document/email reading and writing, and in simple conferences.

One of our key client teams are currently looking for the right person to join their team as a Client Account Manager (Project Manager) able to offer irresistible service in carrying out the following duties.
