1. 负责北京办公室以及江苏工厂日常费用的入账、计提以及摊销

   Charge for booking, accruing and amortizing BJ office and JS factory daily expense

2. 负责向付款中心提交北京办公室及江苏工厂日常付款申请

   Charge for applying BJ office and Jiangsu factory daily payments to payment center

3. 负责汇票的接受以及背书

   Charge for receiving and endorsing drafts

4. 负责与内部关联公司核对往来

   Charge for reconciling with IC company

5. 负责银企对账完成银行余额调节表

   Charge for bank reconciliation

6. 负责外汇申报以及信贷贸易调查

   Charge for declaring foreign exchange and credit trade surving

7. 负责应收/应付账款的核销

   Charge for offsetting AR/AP

8. 负责准备应收/应付账款的相关账龄报告

   Charge for related AR/AP aging report

9. 负责凭证装订工作

   Charge for filing vouchers

10. 领导交与的其他任务

    Other tasks assigned by leader

要求：

1. 本科及以上学历财务相关专业

   Accounting education background(Bachelor or above )

2. 新毕业生或1年以上财务工作相关经验更好

   Fresh graduate or 1 year+ related accounting working experience is preferred

3. 英语可以作为日常工作语言使用

   Good English skills

4. 熟悉使用Excel,word等办公软件

   Good computers skills, such as Excel, Word etc.

5. 拥有良好的沟通技巧

   Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

6. 承压能力良好，可以准确高效的按时完成任务

   Be able to work carefully and effectively under pressure to meet deadline
