Job Description
 
Basic responsibilities will include but not limit to: 
1. Lead and cooperate with partner and cross-function team to operate the shared-ride hailing pilot program:
 

• Plan, prepare and lead pilot programs.
• Identify user mobility app experience and preference through research and personal experience.  Form a point of view of a good ride-hailing app UI and experience design.
• Study selected cities and develop respective marketing plan.
• Manage, collect data and prepare regular reporting on projects
• Engage and coordinate with key internal stakeholders (cross function) to deliver on project objectives
• Able to work on-site and focus on daily operations.

2. FSM micro-transit business strategy and development:
 

• Have or develop an overall knowledge base of mobility specifically ride-hailing industry in China; monitor the market dynamics.
• Develop insights of inter-hub/inter-city mobility market and opportunities, and form a go-to-market strategy
• Maintain and develop strategic partnerships for FSM.
• Identify potential partners and build partner network for micro-transit / shared-ride-hailing aspiration.
• Coordinate with partners to develop new business schemes.
• Develop business proposal including financial modeling to validate business case and key assumptions.
