岗位职责：

1、严格遵守公司各项规章制度，服从领导，负责所管辖的大厦物业区域内的维修工作。

2、按照维修计划，按时保质保量完成，并认真做好相关记录。

3、执行设备管理制度，做好交接班工作。

4、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、高中以上学历， 身体健康，肯吃苦耐劳等；

2、年龄21-42周岁；

3、工作环境：写字楼

4、持高压证上岗；擅长弱电；有小区或者物业综合维修工作经验两年以上。

Lighting Design Partnership International is a new generation specialist lighting design consultancy group. LDPi has resources world wide, in order to meet the increasing demand for professional lighting design services at an international level.
