质量经理QA Manager—油脂/粮油行业优先 

工作职责：

1. 对公司生产各项质量工作是否符合体系要求进行监督考核，制定内部控制标准以及质量事故的分析与处理等质量控制工作，对生产作业进行质量控制和数据分析，定期召开质量分析例会；
2. 负责质量/食品安全管理体系、电子追溯体系的维护，定期组织质量体系内审和管理评审，体系培训和考核；
3. 对涉及产品质量的原辅料、包材的供应商进行分级考核和管理；
4. 负责企业标准化建立和维护；
5. 针对品质系统进行相关培训，以达到全员参与的目的，保证产品品质达到并超越客户期望；
6. 负责对客户反馈品质问题与客户进行沟通并解决，制定纠正预防措施并跟踪完成；
7. 主导客户及第三方的品质管理系统的审核。

职位要求：

1. 食品、油脂、化工等相关专业大学本科或以上学历；有大型粮油企业精炼、包装产品品质检验经验者优先；
2. 6年以上食品、化工、油脂生产行业品质管理工作经验，3年以上制造企业主管工作经历；
3. 熟悉各种特种油脂相关产品理化性质；
4. 熟悉食品品质管理体系的建立和运行与维护（包括原料进厂、生产制程、成品管理各环节）；
5. 熟悉符合国家法规的食品安全审核体系（如：ISO9001、HACCP、BRC、FSSC等）
6. 熟悉品质管理体系的建立于维护；
7. 良好沟通能力和团队精神。
